The ACHN SIG is officially open and looking for new members!
The Adult Congenital Heart Network (ACHN) SIG is a collaborative, patient-centered initiative focused on improving neurocognitive and mental health outcomes for adults (18+) living with congenital heart disease. It aims to bring together clinicians, researchers, patients, and families to build a strong interdisciplinary community, identify gaps in care, and advocate for resources tailored to the unique needs of the ACHD population. Through inclusive engagement, mentorship, research expansion, and development of standardized tools—including around transition to adult care—the SIG seeks to become a central hub for advancing lifelong, brain-focused care in congenital heart disease.
