We invite you to become a part of the CNOC 13th Annual Scientific Sessions as an exhibitor or sponsor.
Our attendees include a highly engaged group of multidisciplinary professionals—cardiologists, psychologists, neurologists, nurses, therapists, educators, and families—who are all focused on improving neurodevelopmental and psychosocial outcomes for children with congenital heart disease. We expect 225-275 in person attendees and 100-150 virtual attendees.
The 2025 program will feature cutting-edge science, practical clinical approaches, quality improvement initiatives, and advocacy topics.
We hope to see you in Colorado for what promises to be an outstanding event!
Exhibit Space
The CNOC meeting and exhibits will be located at Children’s Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, 2nd Floor Conference Center, 13123 E 16th Ave, Aurora, CO 80045.

- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. CNOC cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- CNOC reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

Letter of Agreement
Agreements are being accepted for the 2025 conference. Complete the online Letter of Agreement to secure your exhibit space, sponsorship, and program advertisement.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Outcome Collaborative and mail the check to CNOC, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor badge names are due by August 15, 2025. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.
